Terms and Conditions
Refunds may be obtained by writing to the Treasurer at the address below by Friday 16th September 2011. To cover costs incurred in processing memberships, an administration levy of $20 applies. This levy does not apply to those converting to supporting membership. You may also transfer your membership to another person without charge. Supporting members are able to convert to full membership at the rate current at time of initial membership. Refunds are unavailable after 16th September, but if a member is unable to attend they will receive supporting membership benefits. Applications for concession or student membership must be accompanied by evidence to confirm (for example a healthcare card) or full time student status. If you have not yet done so you may provide this information on registration at the Convention. Thank you for your support.
